I’m a licensed mental health professional, wellness educator, and founder of Cultivate by LLTW. But more than that, I’m someone who had to learn the hard way that self-care isn’t just a bubble bath—it’s a relationship with your body.

After losing over 60 pounds and unlearning years of burnout and disconnect, I discovered a more sustainable way to care for myself. Through true self-care—rooted in nervous system healing, joyful movement, and whole-person wellness—I finally built rhythms that actually supported my life, not just added to my to-do list.
