I'm (Bri)ana,
Licensed therapist, health psychology researcher, coach, and the founder of Lotus Life Total Wellness. I believe that healing isn't about chasing perfection. It’s about reconnecting with what makes you feel alive, steady, and whole.
Over the years, I’ve come to see that real, sustainable wellness requires more than surface-level solutions. Instead of bandaging the problem, true wellness is cultivated through three essential pillars:

Mentally Strong.
The ability to process, reframe, and navigate life with clarity and resilience.

Emotionally Well.
A grounded connection to your feelings, boundaries, and nervous system.

Physically Fit.
Not defined by size, but by vitality, movement, and what honors your body.
My Story: From Surviving to Living
I didn’t always live this way.
Like many people in helping professions, I was giving more than I had, over-functioning to prove my worth, and quietly ignoring the signals my body was sending. Anxiety, chronic fatigue, inflammation, cycles of burnout—I knew what the research said, but I wasn’t living it.
It wasn’t until I hit my own personal “pause point” that I began truly listening—to my nervous system, my body, and my spirit. I leaned into the same holistic tools I now teach: movement that felt nourishing, rituals that created structure without pressure, and support that held space for the whole me.
In time, I didn’t just feel better—I felt more like me than ever have.

Through Cultivate, I offer 1:1 coaching, group programs, digital resources, and community-based wellness rooted in nervous system healing, mindset shifts, and movement. Through Sown, I continue to offer trauma-informed psychotherapy for those seeking deeper clinical support.
And through it all, I train and collaborate with an ever-growing circle of coaches, clinicians, and wellness guides—each one radical in their own way, each one committed to helping people reclaim their lives on their terms.
